Shipping and payment
Payment methods
We offer several payment methods:
- Cash
In cash, for orders picked up in person, at the following address: 43-450 Ustroń, ul. Sanatoryjna 7, Równica Front Desk - Cash on delivery
Payment in cash to a courier on order pickup. - Wire transfer
Online payment method processed by Przelewy 24 (e.g. cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, instant transfer, Google Pay), payment before picking up the ordered products (an upfront payment).
If it is necessary to return funds for a transaction made by the customer with a card, the seller will make a refund to the bank account assigned to the card of the Ordering Party.
Shipping time and cost
- Courier - shipping cost: PLN 15.00
- Pickup at the location - shipping cost: PLN 15.00
- In-person pickup - Ustroń, ul. Sanatoryjna 7 (Health Resort Institute passage) – shipping cost: PLN 0.00
Cash on delivery: cost of selected shipment + PLN 3.00. If you are interested in a different form of shipping, please contact us via e-mail or phone. In the case of shipping outside Poland, the shipping costs are determined on a case-by-case basis (please email us before placing an order). Free shipping for orders over PLN 250. We will keep you posted via email about the stages of your order completion.
The Order Completion Time (i.e. completion of the Order and preparation for shipping) takes from 1 to 3 business days from the date the payment is credited to our account. If the products are in stock, we make every effort to reduce it to a minimum and ship it immediately after the payment is credited. If the products are not available, the estimated Order Completion Time is agreed with the customer.
Shipments are delivered by the following courier service providers: InPost, DPD, DHL, FedEx or UPS – delivery time depends on the provider, the type of shipment and the recipient’s address. It usually takes up to 2 business days.
If you chose to collect the order in a pickup location (e.g. an InPost parcel locker, Orlen Paczka, DPD Pickup or Pocztex Punkt), the parcel will be waiting in the selected parcel locker within a few (usually up to 3) business days from shipping.
