Hippocrates said that the physician treats, but nature heals. The Silesian Beskids are undoubtedly a place where you can feel the beneficial power of nature. Here, nature offers all the best for human health.

It is also home to the Ustroń Health Resort, a modern rehabilitation centre and the largest spa complex in Europe. Thanks to its long tradition, effective treatments and professional team of specialists, led by renowned doctors, cooperating with the American Heart of Poland Group, we have been enjoying an excellent reputation and recognition for years.

Human health, fitness and well-being will always be our priorities. That is why in the rehabilitation and regeneration treatments carried out in our Resort Health Institute and Medical & SPA, we use our most valuable asset – our natural resources: brine and peloid, which is why PELOCOSMETICS were developed.

We wanted each of you, not only during treatments at the Health Resort, but also during at-home care, to take advantage of the unique properties of our resources and learn about their beneficial effects on the condition of the skin.
